Job summary

Monarch Healthcare in North Carolina is seeking an Employment Support Professional III to help individuals achieve their employment goals in their community. The role focuses on personal outcome measures, job development, and holistic supports to enable competitive employment.

You will build individualized dream plans, identify community partnerships, and coordinate with mental health teams to ensure successful placement and ongoing support, while maintaining timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree (dependent upon experience) (Required)
• A Qualified Professional (10A NCAC 27G .0104) must have one of the following: Bachelor degree (non Human Services) with 4 years Full time OR 8 years Part time applicable experience required; Bachelor degree (Human Services) with 2 years Full time OR 4 years Part time applicable experience required; Master degree (Human Services) with 1 year Full time OR 2 years Part time applicable experience required

Responsibilities

• Help individuals pursue personal employment goals and develop individualized dream plans.
• Identify organizations Monarch can partner with to provide volunteer or employment opportunities.
• Support individuals in planning long-term employment goals and completing career profiles.
• Explain how earnings affect benefits and discuss disclosure of psychiatric status with employers.
• Coordinate services with the team to create and update individual employment plans.
• Perform IPS-based job development and provide follow-along supports to maintain employment.
• Engage with employers and families to facilitate job accommodations and progress.
• Travel and driving may be required.
