Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (Required).

• Experience with adults with mental health diagnoses and/or developmental disabilities (Not Required).

Responsibilities

• Assess each person for hopes, dreams, and desires and provide supports to achieve them.
• Protect and promote the rights of individuals; assist with advocacy skills and provide caregiver relief.
• Serve as a resource on community services meeting identified needs and goals.
• Supervise, educate, and monitor individuals in work, home, school, or community settings.
• Provide one-on-one support to meet emotional, physical, and medical needs.
