Job summary

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid FL driver’s license with good driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Refer, advocate, and link clients and families to additional services.
• Develop, implement, and update treatment plans with client and family input.
• Enter written documentation in the EMR in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and stakeholders to maintain treatment coordination.
