Job summary

Family Pride of Northeast Ohio, Inc. seeks a QMHS Staff to provide targeted mental health and SUD services in a community-based setting under the Clinical Supervisor.

The role focuses on helping clients and families engage across school, work, home, and community activities while maintaining professional standards. Responsibilities include building rapport, coordinating supports, delivering case management, ensuring data collection, and applying evidence-based practices to promote independence

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Four years of experience in a human service related field
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, child development or related field is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with client and family to improve school, work, home and community integration.
• Assist client in achieving independence and daily living skills.
• Link client to natural and formal community supports.
• Provide mental health/SUD case management addressing symptoms and barriers.
• Evaluate client progress and adjust strategies.
• Maintain timely records and documentation.
• Collaborate with treatment team and community partners.
• Utilize supervision to manage caseload.
• Deliver parenting education program duties and data collection.
