Signature Health is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) in Ohio to join our Behavioral Health Services team. You will develop and execute client treatment plans and coordinate community resources to support patients and families, including transportation and crisis intervention as needed.

You will collaborate with the treatment team, ensure HIPAA compliance, and maintain electronic charting per Medicaid and CARF standards.
