Job summary

Family Pride of Northeast Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide comprehensive mental health and SUD treatment to clients and their families across home, community, and office settings.

Under Clinical Supervisor guidance, you will develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based therapies, ensure thorough documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client well-being.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in clinical counseling or social work and active licensure.
• Strong communication, both oral and written, essential for collaboration with families and teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments with client and family.
• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and/or group therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when needed.
• Document accurately and on time per agency/payer requirements.
• Coordinate care with treatment team, family, and community partners.
