Job summary
Gateway Pediatric Therapy in Michigan is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Behavior Management Services team. You will deliver weekly to monthly training and supervision to caregivers and staff, applying evidence-based ABA strategies in community settings.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop and monitor behavior treatment plans, and ensure documentation compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- BCBA certification/licensure required to supervise students.
Responsibilities
- Create and monitor client treatment plans.
