Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Michigan is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multi-disciplinary team in Plymouth. You will supervise ABA technicians, design and implement data-driven behavior plans, and collaborate with OT, PT, Speech, and Feeding specialists in a clinic-based setting.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through BACB.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Experience supervising clinicians and mentoring supervisory-level staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to ABA Technicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Train staff and educate parents on IPOS and behavior plans before service starts.
• Develop skill acquisition programs and ABA-based behavior plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to evolving needs.
• Maintain timely documentation and weekly supervision notes.
• Perform initial assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK) at intake and every 6 months.
• Attend staff meetings and training to support growth and best practices.
