Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a qualified clinician to lead ABA services in a remote capacity serving families in Michigan. You will develop and supervise evidence-based treatment plans, mentor technicians, and ensure compliance with all policies and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or equivalent is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee ABA treatment plans based on evaluations and client needs.
• Lead and mentor technicians on implementation and quality of treatment.
• Collaborate with treatment staff to support case management and staff development.
• Maintain accurate records, notes, and reports for internal and external processes.
• Engage parents in training and provide recommendations for IEPs and treatment.
