Job summary

Social Pediatric Therapy in West Bloomfield, MI seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight, perform assessments, and develop evidence-based ABA treatment plans for children with autism and developmental disabilities. The role includes supervising RBTs, data-driven progress monitoring, and collaboration with families and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have BCBA certification, Michigan licensure eligibility, and strong ABA expertise.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Active Michigan licensure or eligible for licensure.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA and evidence-based interventions.
• Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising clinical staff.
• Strong data collection, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations to identify treatment goals and client needs.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide parent and caregiver training on behavior management and skill development.
• Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and aligned with best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and supervision records.
