Job summary

Hope Network’s Center for Autism in East Lansing is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support evidence‑based ABA services for children and adolescents with ASD. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement treatment plans, analyze learner data, coach technicians, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to build communication, social, and life skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCaBA certification through the BACB.
• Current Michigan Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential or eligibility.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively under supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor learner data to evaluate progress.
• Assist with behavioral assessments and clinical programming.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support learner outcomes.
• Complete clinical documentation, data collection, and required records accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics, Michigan licensure, HIPAA, and agency policies.
• Support staff training and development related to ABA principles and learner programming.
