Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a qualified BCBA to join our Behavior Management Services team. You will consult on community-based programs, train caregivers and staff, and monitor treatment plans across clients with complex needs.

Responsibilities include developing and updating behavior treatment plans, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring quality and compliance with BTC and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and licensure in Behavior Analysis.
• Minimum one year in supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience developing behavior treatment plans and presenting to BTCs.

Responsibilities

• Create client programming based on assessments and ethical practices.
• Implement treatment as authorized by insurance plans.
• Maintain treatment plans per credentialing requirements and Gateway policies.
• Develop and monitor high-quality behavior treatment plans and review with BTC.
• Deliver caregiver and staff training aligned with treatment goals.
