Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, cashier's checks, and money orders.
• Respond to inquiries in person and by phone with exceptional service.
• Review checks for negotiability and complete required documentation.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Balance and reconcile cash drawers and support ATM operations.
• Maintain compliance with policies, security procedures, and funds availability.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Protect customer confidentiality in all interactions.
