Job summary

Zions Bancorporation, parent of National Bank of Arizona, seeks a Client Service Associate (Teller) for the Wellton branch. This 40-hour weekly role emphasizes accuracy in debit/credit processing, friendly service, and bilingual Spanish/English communication.

You will handle opening accounts, cross-sell products, maintain balancing records, and resolve client questions. Competitive hourly pay from $17.00 to $21.75, with comprehensive benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Schedule: Monday — Friday: 8:15 A.M. — 5:15 P.M.; 40 hrs./wk.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client’s needs.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish languages, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in accordance with policies and procedures, maintaining a balancing record.
• Identify and address clients’ needs by providing services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments.
• Resolve clients’ problems directly or by referral to branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
