Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to clients while processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
Answer client inquiries, resolve issues, and promote bank products and services.
Process and balance a variety of transactions, including cashier's checks and money orders.
Balance cash drawer and cash vault; report discrepancies and losses.
Maintain security and confidentiality of all client information and transactions.
Balance ATM support and process foreign currency requests as needed.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Refer clients to product specialists as appropriate and support community outreach.
