Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability.

• Establish and promote cordial relationships with customers, ensuring prompt attendance to inquiries and solving problems to maximize satisfaction.
• Inform and suggest new banking products to customers.
• Provide information on accounts, balances, and transaction history.
