The role emphasizes compliance, operational excellence, and leadership of a dynamic branch team to achieve branch goals and respond to client needs with timely, accurate solutions.

Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years in a sales capacity with leadership experience.
• Small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
