National Bank of Arizona (NBAZ) in Wellton is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to join our community bank. You will handle debit/credit transactions, assist clients with account needs, and help grow relationships through cross-selling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits and banking products.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies and procedures.
• Identify client needs by offering a range of services (new accounts, transfers, checks, etc.).
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities for the bank.
• Other duties as assigned.
