Connex Credit Union is hiring a New Account Representative to help grow membership and promote financial well-being. You will work under the Assistant Branch Manager, delivering outstanding member service, processing transactions, and guiding members through loan processes.

The role emphasizes building relationships, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional branch environment while adhering to security protocols. A franchise-wide transfer option may be used as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 1 to 3 years retail or banking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and attain sales and service goals to promote membership growth.
• Provide outstanding service to members and identify financial needs to improve their financial lives.
• Drive loan volume by recognizing member needs and guiding them to appropriate products.
• Perform teller duties and handle transactions with accuracy and care.
• Serve as member’s primary point of contact and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
