ABNB Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to assist members with all Credit Union needs and to process financial transactions efficiently and accurately. You will explain services, set up new accounts, and respond to member inquiries across in-branch, phone, and email channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Proficient with PC operations and standard software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SharePoint is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist members and prospective members with credit union needs and transactions.
• Explain services and set up new accounts.
• Process routine member transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, debit cards.
• Respond to problems and direct members to the appropriate department.
• Maintain professional conduct and support branch operations.
• Support other locations and Contact Center as needed.
