Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a full-time Banker to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience by building and growing retail customer relationships through exceptional service and proactive marketing of products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Achieve individual sales goals through proactive conversations and referrals.
• Provide warm, personalized service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Explain Woodforest products and digital banking tools clearly.
• Maintain accurate transaction processing and account openings.
