Job summary

CMGT in Baton Rouge is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee a premier onsite community. You’ll lead day-to-day operations, coordinate vendors, enforce rules, and ensure financial health while guiding a team and communicating with residents.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to community care and long-term success. Onsite schedule is Monday–Friday, with 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
• A high level of professionalism, accountability, and initiative.
• Familiarity with HOA operations and vendor management a plus (we’ll train the right person!)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Oversee work orders, vendor coordination, and community communications.
• Enforce community rules and support homeowners professionally and empathetically.
• Maintain the financial health of the association by tracking budgets, reviewing invoices, and preparing financial reports.
• Lead meetings, facilitate new board orientations, and proactively resolve issues before they elevate.
• Oversee a team of direct reports.
