Associa is seeking a proactive Community Association Manager (CAM) to guide homeowner boards, vendors, and residents. You’ll travel to client sites, prepare disclosures, review financials, and help plan capital improvements in partnership with boards.

Competenze

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in community management, customer service, hospitality, or related industry.
• Strong written communication skills including grammar, structure, punctuation, and spelling.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve conflicts.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in team settings.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional and clear communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Mansioni

• Serving as the primary liaison between the HOA Board, homeowners, and vendors.
• Traveling to client sites to attend board meetings, perform inspections, and support events.
• Preparing and distributing annual disclosure packages, financial statements, and meeting notices in compliance with regulations.
• Reviewing and summarizing monthly financials for the Board of Directors.
• Advising boards on capital improvements, maintenance planning, and community operations.
