Qualifications

• Experience in HOA or community association or property management.
• Knowledge of budgeting, property operations, and project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Boards, residents, and vendors to keep communities running smoothly.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting.
• Oversee maintenance projects and vendor performance.
• Address resident concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead board meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with community rules and regulations.
• Maintain contracts and records accurately.
