Job summary

Associa is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to work with clients and vendors, partnering with internal departments. The role requires strong customer service skills, multi-project management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Reports indicate compensation between $80,000 and $90,000 plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment at the Rohnert Park, CA location. As CAM, you will liaise with HOA boards, attend meetings, and oversee inspections and community events.

Qualifications

• Experience in Community Management or related industry.
• Proficiency in business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling).
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as or oversee liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Travel to client associations for board meetings, inspections, walk-throughs, and events as needed.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statements for homeowners.
• Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summaries are provided to the board.
• Provide recommendations to the Board and committees on major capital expenditures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
