Job summary

Associa in Redmond, WA, is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to work closely with clients, vendors, and association boards. You will manage multiple projects, deliver excellent customer service, and coordinate with internal teams to support homeowner communities.

This role focuses on coordinating meetings, preparing annual disclosure packages, reviewing financial reports, and advising on capital projects to maintain community appearance and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Community Management or related industry.
• Proficiency in business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation).

Responsibilities

Benefits Summary

• Vacation accrual begins after 90 days at 6.67 hrs per month with a cap at 160 hours, depending on years of service
• Employees who are active and full-time are eligible to accrue 3.34 hours per month up to a maximum of 40.00 hours (5 days) per calendar year

Compensation

$80,000 - $81,000/annually;direct experience highly considered.

The Community Association Manager (CAM) helps thecompany grow by:

• Acting as or overseeing the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Traveling to client associations to attend board meetings, perform inspections, conduct walk-throughs, and attend community events as needed and per the management agreement.
• Preparingannual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statement packages for all homeowners and arrange bulkmailing of samewithin thetime framesset by state statute or governing documents.
• Reviewing monthly financial reports and ensuring management summary issubmittedto the association Board of Directors.
• Providing and/or overseeing recommendations to the Association Board of Directors and committeesregardingmajor capital expenditures asrequiredtomaintainthe desiredcommunityappearance and operation.

Requirements

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
• Experience in Community Management,customer service,hospitalityor other related industry
• Proficiencyin typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.).
• Proficient in Customer Service and conflict resolution
• Able to work effectively with others in person and in groupsetting
• Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally on phone, email, and in-person
