Job summary

Associa is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to join our team in Palm Desert, CA. You will work closely with client boards and vendors and partner with other Associa departments to deliver outstanding service.

This full-time role requires excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills. You will travel to client associations for board meetings, inspections, and community events, and prepare annual disclosures and financial packages.

Qualifications

• Experience in community management and customer service required.
• Proficient in business correspondence and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Travel to client associations for board meetings, inspections, and community events as needed.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statement packages for all homeowners and arrange bulk mailing within statutory timelines.
• Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summaries are submitted to the board.
• Provide or oversee recommendations to the board and committees regarding major capital expenditures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
