Keith Collins Company is seeking an organized HOA Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of community associations and serve as the primary contact for homeowners, Board members, vendors, and community partners.

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for financial oversight, homeowner communication, vendor coordination, property inspections, Board support, covenant enforcement, and administrative duties, with flexible on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to learn HOA-specific software.
• Professional, motivated, growth-minded.
• Flexible for evening meetings and on-site visits.
• Must have own transportation, valid vehicle insurance, and a driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned HOA portfolio.
• Communicate with homeowners, boards, and vendors; handle inquiries.
• Assist with long-term capital planning and reserves.
• Interpret and enforce governing documents and policies.
• Assist with insurance claims and liaise with insurers.
• Monitor contracts and service agreements; advise on renewals.

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly personable HOA Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of community associations and serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, Board members, vendors, and community partners.

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for the overall management and operational success of assigned communities, including financial oversight, homeowner communication, vendor coordination, property inspections, Board support, covenant enforcement, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned portfolio of HOA communities.
• Communicate with homeowners, board members, and vendors; handle phone calls and general inquiries.
• Assist with long-term capital planning and reserve-related projects.
• Help interpret and enforce governing documents and community policies.
• Assist with insurance claims and coordinate with insurance representatives when applicable.
• Monitor contracts and service agreements and make recommendations regarding renewals or changes.

Qualifications
