Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage communities according to governing documents, management agreements, and contracts.
  • Communicate proactively and clearly with boards of directors, vendors, and the internal team.
  • Prepare budgets, make timely payments, and complete monthly financials.
  • Follow internal processes for timely and accurate completion.
  • Attend and conduct meetings in person or virtually.
  • Conduct regular property visits for inspections, meetings, and project oversight.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and applicable laws.
  • Educate boards on current applicable laws and best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
