Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.

• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain your own community within the center and assist customers with administrative needs.
• Handle inquiries (Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions) and ensure accurate invoicing for services.
• Coordinate events, network activities, and help with posters and notices around the center.
• Support customers with setup (projectors, meeting rooms) and guide them to the best resources.
