Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Able to manage multiple tasks while delivering quality service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain your community within the center.
• Assist customers with center services and inquiries.
• Set up AV, Wi‑Fi changes, directions, and event planning tasks.
• Ensure invoices are accurate and tickets are properly handled in the service portal.
• Coordinate center events and support day-to-day operations.
