The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Quincy at Eastfield in Selma, NC. You will perform general maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping to uphold curb appeal and apartment quality, under supervision.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, safety adherence, and responding to service requests on schedule. Strong focus on customer service and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CFC Universal Certification preferred; must be attained within 90 days of hire.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform maintenance assessment and repairs.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with storage area maintenance and materials handling.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Carry out maintenance in the absence of the Supervisor, including scheduling and vendor coordination.
