Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our BRAND NEW market-rate property, Quincy at Eastfield, in Selma, NC. Under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping tasks to ensure curb appeal and apartment quality.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and on-call coverage as needed. prior experience and a valid transportation option are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC cert preferred within 90 days.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain accurate record of all tasks completed.
