This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team and a resident-centric culture with CCMC, two organizations known for integrity, respect, service, and community-focused values.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Duties: Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, event registration, and supporting marketing efforts with weekly sales and traffic reports. Maintain operational tasks such as ensuring a well-maintained environment and inventory management for on-site facilities.
  • Daily Operations: Open and close the facility following checklists, ensure health and safety standards, engage with residents, prospective buyers, and staff, and perform facility tours as directed by the Community Manager. Collaborate with the team to achieve communication goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with strong project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments. Alternatively, a minimum of six months’ experience with excellent customer service and telephone etiquette will also be considered.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to develop, design, and implement programs and reports.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive, outgoing personality; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Additional Information

  • Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
  • Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
