Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Close sales using LEASE Training guidelines.
• Assist in promoting the community via marketing events and social media.
• Assist with email campaigns and lead follow-up.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and maintain a positive environment.
