Job summary

Jefferson Health in Lansdale is seeking a Scheduling Advocate to serve as a trusted bridge between Jaisohn Center, the community, and Jefferson Health, coordinating access to services and supporting culturally responsive care.

You will guide patients through referrals, insurance navigation, and documentation, with emphasis on Korean-speaking patients, to ensure timely appointments and continuum of care across the care journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in patient navigation, outreach, or healthcare access is preferred.
• Experience with hospital registration systems is desirable.
• Bilingual Korean/English strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact to help patients access Jefferson Health services.
• Facilitate scheduling for primary care, specialty services, diagnostics, and follow-up.
• Guide patients through referrals, insurance navigation, and financial assistance.
• Identify barriers to care and provide culturally responsive education and support.
• Coordinate with Jaisohn Center staff and Jefferson physicians to ensure continuity of care.
