CesiumAstro is seeking a Communication Systems Engineer Modeling & Simulation II to design, develop, integrate, and test communications systems for space and airborne platforms. You will perform system modeling, evaluation, and optimization across the product lifecycle, collaborating with systems, software, RF, electrical, and mechanical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace or related field with 2–5 years of experience or Master’s with 0–3 years in communications systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop communications system architectures, interfaces, subsystems, and performance models.
• Perform system modeling, link analysis, performance evaluation, trade studies, simulation, and system integration.
• Prepare technical documentation, verification reports, and engineering change documentation.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams throughout product development.
• Participate in design reviews and customer support activities.
