Job summary

Volvo Group in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Internal Communications Intern to support Service Operations & Technology (SO&T) NA communications. The role includes drafting internal messages, creating visual content, uploading content on intranet platforms, and assisting with campaigns and employee engagement programs.

Responsibilities cover content support, onboarding materials, event logistics, campaign assistance, and administrative tasks, all under the Communications Director, SO&T NA.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in academic courses pursuing a degree in Communications or Marketing.
• Must have completed 30 semester hours prior to start.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Content Support: draft, edit, and proof internal messages, newsletters, and eBoard content.
• Onboarding & Welcome Kits: assemble welcome packages and coordinate onboarding materials.
• Event & Meeting Support: prepare materials and logistics for town halls, site visits, and campaigns.
• Campaign Assistance: support internal engagement campaigns and collect feedback metrics.
• Administrative Tasks: organize files, calendars, and tracking logs for communications activities.
