Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with at least 30 semester hours completed.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro for video recording, editing, and publishing.
• Strong written communication and technical writing skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and information-gathering sessions with subject matter experts.
• Capture, edit, and publish software demonstration and training videos.
• Develop video scripts, outlines, and supporting training materials.
• Coordinate review cycles and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Create visual graphics, callouts, and other media to enhance learning.
• Assist with documenting software processes and tool functionality.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines; learn new tools quickly.
