Regal Rexnord is seeking a part-time Communications Intern at our Milwaukee corporate headquarters to support content strategy and editorial planning. You will contribute to team communications via the intranet and assist with monthly newsletters.

The role emphasizes storytelling, hands-on experience, and balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. Hybrid schedule includes on-site and remote work during standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Current junior or senior enrolled in a four-year university pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Anticipated graduation date Spring/Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Available to work 20-25 hours per week during standard business hours, with in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, write, review, and publish content for global team member communications via intranet (myRegalRexnord).
• Ensure messaging consistency across internal platforms and align with top priorities.
• Collaborate with HR SMEs to create and deploy a monthly newsletter with updates on programs/initiatives.
• Contribute to the yearly content calendar and manage weekly publication cadence.
