Job summary

Regal Rexnord is offering a Finance & Accounting internship program in Milwaukee, WI. Interns will join one of our finance teams and gain real-world experience in corporate accounting, FP&A, tax and treasury, with exposure to senior Finance leadership.

The 11-week program runs June 2, 2027 – August 13, 2027. It features a flexible hybrid work model (onsite at least 3 days/week with up to 2 remote days) and mentorship from experienced professionals, with potential progression into a full-time

Qualifications

• Intent to pursue Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Completion of at least 2 accounting or finance classes prior to start date
• GPA of at least 3.0
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working on team projects
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Participate in group and individual intern projects and present learnings to Sr. Finance Leadership
• Prepare monthly journal entries and review general ledger for accuracy
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances
• Assist with monthly forecasts and related deliverables for Sr. Leadership
• Support preparation of financial statements, footnotes and schedules for Form 10-Q
