Qualifications

• Current junior or senior in a four-year program pursuing Communications, PR, Marketing or related field.
• Anticipated graduation Spring/Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Available to work 20–25 hours per week, in-office and remote.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and grammar with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated time management balancing multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms).
• Curious and proactive with adaptability to competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, write, review, and publish content for global team member communications via intranet.
• Ensure consistent messaging across internal platforms aligned to top priorities.
• Collaborate to create and deploy a monthly newsletter on programs or initiatives.
• Contribute to the yearly content calendar and weekly publication cadence.
• Provide guidance on communications for strategic initiatives and engagement.
