Qualifications

• Must be available to work 20-25 hours per week during standard business hours, with a combination of in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, write, review, and publish informative and engaging content for global team member communications via the intranet (myRegalRexnord).
• Ensure messaging is consistent across internal platforms, with alignment to top priorities.
• Collaborate to create and deploy a monthly newsletter with updates on programs or initiatives.
• Contribute to the yearly content calendar and manage weekly publication cadence.
• Provide guidance on communications related to strategic initiatives and change management.
