Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a part-time Communications Intern at our Milwaukee headquarters to support content strategy and editorial planning. You'll help ensure timely communications on strategy, results, and culture while working in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong writing, attention to detail, and collaboration with HR professionals to publish a monthly newsletter and maintain the content calendar during Fall 2026 start.

Qualifications

• Current junior or senior enrolled in a four-year university and pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Anticipated graduation date Spring/Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Must be available to work 20‑25 hours per week during standard business hours, with a combination of in‑office and remote work.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and grammar, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
• Demonstrated time management experience when balancing multiple projects or objectives.
• Familiarity with communication tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms).
• Curious and proactive with a willingness to adapt to competing priorities or time‑sensitive requests.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, write, review, and publish informative and engaging content for global team member communications via the company intranet (myRegalRexnord).
• Ensure consistent messaging across internal communication platforms, including cadence and linkage to top priorities.
• Collaborate with HR SMEs to create and deploy a monthly newsletter with updates on programs or initiatives.
• Contribute to the yearly content calendar with updates and oversight, and help manage the weekly publication cadence.
• Provide guidance on communications related to strategic initiatives, change management, and team engagement.
