Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently.

  • Educate patients on appointment requirements and office policies.
  • Direct calls to appropriate departments and team members.
  • Manage appointment reminders, cancellations, and rescheduling efforts.
  • Support patient outreach initiatives and productivity campaigns.
  • Address patient questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Escalate urgent matters appropriately to clinical or leadership staff.
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience with every interaction.
