MyCHN (Community Health Network) is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients and to ensure a welcoming front-office experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with scheduling systems and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to patients, families, and community partners.
• Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage patient flow using EHR systems.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Assist patients with registration, forms, and understanding visit requirements.
• Communicate clearly via phone and in person, routing messages appropriately.
• Collect and reconcile payments, co-pays, and cash drawer transactions.
• Address patient concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed.
