Job summary

Faith Technologies in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Cx Project Manager to oversee QAQC and commissioning for electrical and mechanical systems on large-scale projects. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant start-up and turnover.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Engineering/Construction Management, 5+ years in project/commissioning management, and 8+ years commissioning/start-up on projects over $25M. Travel up to 100% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent technical training/experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in project management, construction management, project engineering, or commissioning management.
• Experience leading commissioning/start-up on electrical/mechanical systems on projects over $25M.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive Company Culture and fosters constructive employee relations.
• Develops QAQC/Cx scope, schedule, and budget and coordinates with Estimating to ensure accuracy.
• Creates QAQC/Cx safety plan and ensures compliance with client specs during start-up.
• Coordinates with client and all parties on day-to-day start-up and Cx activities; leads meetings.
• Manages issues logs and coordinates with responsible parties to mitigate issues.
• Coordinates with third-party testing/commissioning agencies to ensure proper coverage during procedures.
