Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Menasha, WI, seeks an Associate Project Manager to help manage electrical and specialty systems construction projects, generate business, oversee staff, and coordinate with clients for on-schedule, on-budget deliveries.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering, plus relevant estimating or project-management experience, and knowledge of commissioning/start-up processes for large projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical training.
• 1 year electrical estimating experience or five years of Project Management/Construction/Project Engineering/Commissioning Management with 8 years commissioning/start-up experience for electrical/mechanical systems; leading commissioning/start-up for projects >$25MM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports generation of new business.
• Networks, establishes, and maintains customer relationships.
• Develops QAQC/Cx scope, schedule, and budget.
• Reviews QAQC/Cx estimates with Estimating Department for accuracy.
• Coordinates with client and internal teams on day-to-day start-up and commissioning activities.
• Leads daily, weekly and monthly meetings (QAQC/Commissioning, Equipment, Coordination, Scheduling).
• Manages QAQC/Cx issues logs and coordinates with parties to mitigate and resolve.
