Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks an Excellerate Project Manager to manage QAQC, commissioning scopes, and startup schedules for electrical and/or specialty systems. Proficient with PCs, Microsoft Office, and Google G-Suite; electrical construction knowledge preferred.

Bachelor’s in Engineering/Construction Management; 5 years PM/CM/Engineering plus 8 years commissioning/start-up experience; travel up to 100% and willingness to lead critical startup activities in large projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training/experience.
• 5 years of Project Management, Construction Management, Project Engineering, or Commissioning Management experience.
• 8 years of commissioning/start-up experience for electrical and/or mechanical systems preferred.
• Experience leading commissioning/start-up activities for projects exceeding $25MM in contract value preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Develops the QAQC/Cx scope, schedule, and budget; reviews estimates with Estimating to ensure accuracy; coordinates with internal groups to monitor progress.
• Develops the QAQC/Cx safety plan and ensures it complies with client specs; coordinates with safety to implement startup procedures safely.
• Coordinates with the client and all affected parties on day-to-day start-up and Cx activities; leads meetings across multiple domains.
• Manages all QAQC/Cx issues logs and coordinates with parties to mitigate and clear issues.
• Coordinates with third-party testing/commissioning agencies to ensure proper coverage during commissioning/startup.
• Partners with HR to optimize recruiting and employee relations for direct reports.
• Acts as coach and developer of managerial talent; trains individuals.
• Creates a supportive environment that allows learning but not failure, providing constructive feedback.
• Performs other related duties as required.
