Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 5 years experience in the electrical field and 1 year of electrical estimating experience.
• Travel: 15-20%
• Work Schedule: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri; may be required any day to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects.
• Ensures projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, of high quality and per customer expectations.
• Identifies and generates new business.
• Networks, establishes, and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Works with Purchasing Department and vendors to ensure effective material coordination.
• Attends daily, weekly and monthly meetings (ORMs, Staffing Meeting, Jobsite Meetings, Project Manager Meeting, Financial Meeting).
• Participates in field performance reviews and coaches employees on growth opportunities.
